Advent 2019: Day 13 – Loving Our Enemies
Loving your enemies is not easy. In fact, it is nearly impossible. Yet Jesus has commanded us to do exactly that. How are we to do it?

Looking at the life of Ruth, we can see so much practical love. We see the love between Ruth and Naomi, Ruth and Boaz, and Jesus and us. Join me today as we look at the love in the life of Ruth.
What is love? Today we look at the life of Jesus and what the Bible says love is.
Have you ever felt like you are unlovable, that God wouldn’t love you? Do you have moments of doubt about God’s love? Today we are looking at God’s love and how he always loves you!
How does God show us his love? Throughout the Bible we have examples of God reaching out to us in love.
This week, as we focus on Love, we look at how God has loved us from the very beginning and will love us through eternity.
Jesus was the hope for all in the Old Testament and he is still the hope for those of us today! Christians can look forward to the Second Coming, a new heaven and new earth, and more!
Do you carry guilt? Do you think God could never forgive you? Jesus’ response to Peter shows us that no sin is too much for God to forgive and when he forgives, there’s no need for guilt. During this week of Advent, as we focus on hope, let’s learn to hope in forgiveness.
What is it like when our hope is fulfilled? Today we are going to take a brief look into the birth of John the Baptist, the person who prepared the way for Jesus.
Today, for Advent, we are focusing on bold hope. What is it? How to we get it? Why is it important?
Your donation helps me continue to provide Biblically sound devotions and articles, to write books and materials on the body of Christ and how we are to be the body of Christ, and to advocate for the persecuted Church. As a homeschool mom, military spouse, and Bible teacher, your donations are paramount to the continuation of these things. Thank you so much for any donation you are willing to make! God Bless!
